First thing we did this morning was to finish our diet and digestion work for Mr Atkinson.  I made a 7 day healthy menu, added this to the powerpoint and uploaded to the school spider site.  I must confess I would not eat some of these things like the eggs - urgh!  Eggs may be healthy but I don't like them.

I then did the lesson on Islam and learned about the prophet Muhammad.  I then put the timeline in order and completed the quiz.

I  then completed the English lesson.  I had to read the text and find the adverbs of possibility.

In Mr Barton's maths lesson he showed me how to multiply 3 digit and 2 digit numbers.  In the final task we had to see if we could make the final number in the pink box.  Me and my mum had a race and she beat me with her first go!  I told her she was lucky but she says I must now bow to her supreme knowledge. Never.

After lunch I read a short story called The Promise.  I picked out some of the language used and discussed it with my mum.  Here is the author reading the story,

It was still raining so I couldn't go outside to plant my seeds. If things couldn't get any worse my mum said we could do Maths instead!  We went through what we had learned this week and then I completed some sheets.
