We started with English and I had to identify some of the features used by the writer. It was an alternative ending to Little Red Riding Hood. I could identify the features and explain why they had been used. Later in the week I will be writing my own ending so I will need to think about this!
Then I did Maths. This was an puzzle. I had to solve this - can you do it?
Here is how I did it:
1 - 0.07 = 0.93
0.93 - 0.03 = 0.9
0.9 - 0.01 = 0.89
0.89 - 0.8 = 0.09
0.08 - 0.09 = 0
The last lesson of the morning was science. I had to put together all of my knowledge of the past 6 lessons to produce my Rock Cycle information poster. This is what I made.
Who where the Ancient Egyptians?
What was life like for the Ancient Egyptians?
Here is the pyramid I made:
I made the flat bread. It was quite nice but my mum said it would give me a stomach ache if I ate too much! It looked like Pitta bread and flat bread we have today but it was heavier and harder and didn't taste the same. Here is the Ancient Egyptian flatbread I made:
You've covered such a lot again Seren. Don't know where you find the time!
ReplyDeleteHope you save me some of the Egyptian flatbread, it looks really good.
